ISP = Internet Service Provider; i.e., you cable company. They will tell you what server values to use. Often it's on their web Help pages. If you use Yahoo for mail, it this a Yahoo account provided by the cable company or one you signed up for yourself? If the latter and you use yahoo.com to access mail, you must use a paid Yahoo account in order to access your mail with anything other than a web browser. -- Brian Tillman

Whoever provides your internet access, whoever bills you for your internet access. If you use a cable company as you mentioned then they are your ISP.
