We know how to select multiple messages but then the option to "add sender to junk senders list" becomes inoperable. My client is running Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help you can provide! Buster

There is no way to mark even one message as junk in Outlook. The junk mail filter in Outlook is untrainable. All you can do is add sender addresses to the Blocked Senders list and that's a highly inefficient way to manage junk mail because most spammers do not reuse addresses.
