Best thing I can recommend is to experiment and figure out what works
best for you. OneNote is like a paper notebook, everyone has a different
way of organizing a page and their notes.

I usually do one new page per day of notes. Each subject gets its own
section. If you're running 2003, put all of your class notes in a separate
folder to keep it separate from other types of notes; if you're running
2007, create a new notebook for all of your class notes.
