I am running Office Professional 2003 - 11.8033 sp2.
When I try and link a cell from one sheet to another the data copied does
not reflect the original cell and random data is copied. I have tried this
on a new document and have the same problem.
I firstly repaired then reinstalled office and this has not worked.
I have also tested the same document on a colleagues machine and can get
this to work.
Is there any reason why this will not work?
To illustrate the problem, this is how I would expect this to work. If I had
the figure 5200 in sheet1, on sheet 2 if put an = sign in a cell, go back to
sheet one and select the cell with 5200 in and click enter. The figure 5200
will be linked to the cell with the = sign in on sheet 2.
