inserting an excel graph into powerpoint using hyperlink "Sueneedshelp" <u26352[ at ]uwe> 08.09.2006 13:36:03 When I insert a graph into powerpoint using a hyperlink attached to an action button the graph doesn't open up in front of me it just sits on the toolbar. When I do this with a word doc the word doc opens up straight away. Does anyone know what do I need to do?

I need to insert a graph from excel into a powerpoint presentation. I have added an action button and put the hyperlink to an excel file I have stored. When I run the slide show and hit the action button the graph doesn't appear. I am not sure whether it is supposed to or not but I have been asked to do this for a test. I assume that they want the graph to appear when I hit the hyperlink!!! any advice?
