I have tried to follow the help in Powerpoint. I need to insert a graph from excel into a powerpoint presentation. I have added an action button and put the hyperlink to an excel file I have stored. When I run the slide show and hit the action button the graph doesn't appear. I am not sure whether it is supposed to or not but I have been asked to do this for a test. I assume that they want the graph to appear when I hit the hyperlink!!! any advice?
