Freeware Program to eMail Outlook Calendars

I there a freeware program so that I can email my Outlook calendars to my
staff......and they would be able to open afterward?
I am using Outlook 2003.

you can send a single event ical to anyone who uses a compatible calendar.
you can create a word calendar and send the document or save it as html and
send it.

for utilities, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm - the word
templates are under printing tools.

Outlook 2007 will allow you to send multiple events in an ical to users of
certain other calendar programs (not earlier versions of outlook).
