E-mails stuck in Outbox
"CAMC1" <webmaster[ at ]ozoptics.com> 14.09.2006 18:56:00
Hi,

Some time, some e-mails get stuck in outbox not going out, just sits there
when there is no apparent reason.
I select the e-mail in outbox --> right click--> Options, I see that e-mail
"Save Sent E-mail to" = Unknown
When change this location from unknown to "Sent Items", I can go back and
re-sent these e-mails no problems.

Why occasionaly, e-mails get stuck, and outlook confuse where to save sent
items to?

Thanks
MC

I see a lot of people seem to be having same issue, but the way I get it out
of the outbox and sent properly (see below how I do it) is much simpler way
to handle, but the question still remains, under what circumstances these
mails get stuck, when users doesn't go into outbox to open it

There appear to be multiple causes, with one being scanning outgoing mail
with an antivirus scanner.
