You need to set up a new profile that uses the Exchange server (myserver.myADdomain.com ) and then in the advanced properties of the Exchange service, in the Connection tab, you'll see "Exchange Over the Internet".
If you have IT staff supporting your Exchange server in the office, they ought to be able to help you out.

I am the IT staff. I know where the checkbox should be for HTTPS in Outlook, it's just not there. I tried a new Exchange profile, nothing.

OK, maybe this is a dumb question, but are you 100% sure this is OL2003 and not XP? What *do* you see in the connections tab?

Is this on Windows 2000 or Windows XP? If 2000, RPC over HTTPS is not supported.
