Import hex file
abbarition 01.09.2006 15:00:02
I have a user who will be receiving daily hex files in the future. The hex
files will need to be imported into their Access 2000 database (the database
could be converted to 2003 if it helps). Is there a way to write Visual
Basic code to import this information? If so, could someone please point me
in the right direction? I would like to avoid using additional programs,
such as hex editors, because I believe it would confuse my user.
Thanks in advance!

What do you mean by "hex files"? They can't be Intel HEX files of machine
code or your user wouldn't be intimidated by the thought of a hex editor ...
so what is their format?
