Rosters are going to differ between organizations. Start from scratch and
create something that works for yours.

Use Excel for a roster because it already has grids and an AutoFill function
for repetitive dates.

If it is complete roster, you can also Outlook using a new Calendar and
creating repetitive appointments printing off the Calendar over periods
desired.

Excellent idea. The group I belong to has a roster that's kept in Word. I've
suggested Excel many times but she just won't use it although she does have
it.
