If you have Word 2003, when you select Insert | Picture | Clip Art, the Clip Art task pane offers a link to "Clip art on Office Online." The URL for that is http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx?lc=en-us Labor Day doesn't seem to be the flavor of the day yet, and a search for "Labor Day" doesn't get anything, either, and "holidays" (or the Special Occasions link) results in 100 pages of clip art--not very selective.
