I moved some old contacts from an archive folder into Contacts and now my Palm One hotsync log produces the following:
Outlook Contacts OLERR:11-000A OLERR:0D-000E OLERR:0D-0004 OLERR:0D-0001 - Recovery Sync Outlook Contacts synchronization failed
All other Outlook functions, tasks, journal, calendar, etc. sync just fine with no errors. I've unloaded and reloaded both Office Pro and Palm One several times to no avail. The Outlook contacts file appears to be fine, just no longer syncing with my Tungsten T5
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Nick

Russ – Just FYI – Microsoft Tech Support finally solved the problem for me. Something in the Contacts file got corrupted, they had me export everything in my Personal Folder to a backup.pst file, create a new user profile, and import all the data from the backup file. Hotsync works fine now.

Shame on them. When you create a new PST file and want to transfer data reliably, you copy from the old to the new, not import.
