hiding outlook folders? simon bratt 07.09.2006 13:31:02 hi i have multiple mailboxes to look at on an exchange 2003 outlook 2003 system setup. What i need to do is hide some of the folders ie 'NOTES' 'CONTACTS' JOURNAL etc because on some mailboxes i need only the INBOX. Is this possible either via outlook or preferably via exchange as some of the mailboxes are shared and hiding folders by exchange would mean doing it only once. A solution is much appreciated Thanks Simon
