All Toolbars Gone

I have a cousin and she lost all of her toolbars in Word. I think she
is running Office XP. She can't go to VIEW -> toolbars because that
menu is not there. Just the ruler.
I don't know how she did it but she did. Of course its my fault
somehow since I built the PC. Rather than trek over there and fix the
damn thing, what can we do to avoid going there? If there a key combo
or something to put the toolbars in their default position?
