Imports excel data to an sql table

I need to create a table with data from an excel book, I am new on this, if
someone can help me I'll appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.

Easiest to use the import wizard from SQL Server Enterprise Manager (DTS)

But i need to do it in runtime with code, i need to select an excel file and
with it create the table.

You can probably do this with a DTS package. You might look around here.
