Use xl2007 (still in beta test now).

Or use a different spreadsheet program (Quatro Pro???)

Those are the absolute limits
The values are much larger in Excel 2007

Before Excel 2007 becomes available, you can create multiple worksheets, each
being up to 256 x 65536. You can do calculations across multiple worksheets,
but you can't sort across them.
