Frank,
I may be wrong here, but... as far as I know, this is not possible.
I have managed something like this in the past by exporting the report to RTF, and then manuually opening this document in Word and doing File|SaveAs|WebPage. But with this, and graphics in the report are not preserved.
You could try asking again in the .reports newsgroup, in case anyone there has any bright ideas.
