Screen outgoing messages for attachments
John[ at ]NMU 24.08.2006 16:35:01
I would like to find a utility that checks the body of outgoing messages for
the words "attach" or "attachment", then checks to see if the message
actually has a file attached. If there isn't a file attached, a warning flag
would pop up to see if I really intended to send the message with no
attachment. Similar warnings pop up if you forget a subject, for example. Is
there any way to do this, either with a third party utility or with a rule in
Outlook?

Thanks!
