outlook freezes when reply or forwarding emails with word as email John 23.08.2006 06:47:01 Hi, I am having a few pc's starting to freeze exactly like described in this kb article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278214/en-us?spid=2520&sid=139 I read it was fixed in the latest service packs. I run an internal WSUS server, and all pc's have the lastest office service packs already installed. Is there a way to fix this, users insist on using word as thier email editor. I adjusted GP to Rich text/ outlook and the complaints were just too much to bear. Anyone know of a fix? Thanks, John
