Assuming your application is split into a Front-End (containing the queries,
forms, reports, macros and modules), linked to a Back-End (containing the
tables and relationships), with each user having his/her own copy of the
front-end, as it should be, all you need to do is grab another copy of the
front-end.

If your application hasn't been split, you should be able to recover your
forms, reports and modules from a back-up of the database.

If you haven't been backing up your database (as, of course, you should be),
you could try creating a new database and importing everything from the
corrupt database into the new one.

As you mentioned, our application has been split into front-end and back-end.
The front-end application is stored in the source safe. Each time when I
build mdb from Visual Source Safe, the project is fine, no corruption error.

After a few changes, close application, this error pop up from time to time.
I have to rebuild DB from VSS again. I have spent a lot time on re-building
DB lately. Sometimes 3 hours a day. I have no clue what is causing the
corruption. I am lost.
