Is their a way to print a document and have 4 instances of page one on a 11 x
14 page, then 4 of page 2 etc.

Yes, but if there are a lot of pages it will be tedious. You have to select
"4 pages per sheet," then enter the page numbers in the "Pages" box as 1, 1,
1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, etc.

Thank you but I do have alot of pages - are you aware of any vba code that
could perform this
