normal vs. print layout question
Crewe Dave 25.07.2006 21:04:02
Hi there - I am filling in a document template (with frames) provided by my
organization and in
'normal view', a couple of the pages are quite long (~20 inches)...when I
switch to 'print layout' view, some of the material on these long pages is
obscured...how can I make the info visible in print layout view? I changed
the document from A4 page to US letter (thinking this was the problem) but
all I see in print layout view are 4 US letter size pages...i.e.,the pages
that are 20 inches long are somehow still hidden....any ideas on a fix?

Many thanks - Dave Morris

The text on those pages is probably in text boxes or wrapped tables, which
cannot break to a new page but obviously don't fit on a Letter or A4 page,
either.

Suzanne - thanks - I had posted on the general site initially and then noted
that there was a specific section for layout questions.
