Table of contents djfalzarano 02.08.2006 14:39:02 When I send a WORD document using OUTLOOK, the TOC loses its formatting. The table then needs to be updated again. Is there a way to keep it as a TOC (not doing the Ctrl-Shift-F9) and send it so it arrives with the correct page numbers?

What do you mean when you say it loses its formatting? When they switch to another view, F9 to update the TOC will straighten it out, but you might suggest they disable Reading Layout on the General tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
