Deleting block of text in a document problem on Word 2002 SBBrand 02.08.2006 11:48:02 When I highlight empty space to close the space between paragraphs or I highlight text and press the delete key then I am asked whether I want to delelte block of text Y or N. If I don't press Y then it will not delete it. I can press backspace key enough times at the right place and remove what I want. How do I fix my version of Word 2002 from Microsoft Works 2002 so when I press the delete key to remove a highlighted group of text or space without having to then press Yes or No.
