I can't figure this one out.
Does anyone know a way to send an email to multiple contacts in an
Account?
I've tried doing a view of Business Contacts by Company, then
selecting, and clicking new email. The email starts with no addresses.
I've tried to open an Account and select multiple Contacts, but that is
not possible.
It seems very reasonable for a BCM user to want to send to several
Business Contacts from one Account.
