BCM crashed - reinstalled - now I can't see BCM in Oulook CGINUSA 21.07.2006 01:08:02 I could use "Accounts" but when I clicked on any "Business Contact" it would crash. It may have something to do with the fact that I designed and was using a customized form - but then I had been doing so for over a year. Maybe on of the Microsoft updated caused a software conflict. Anyway I uninstsalled all of office 2003 then reinstaslled it. All working OK except that I now can't find Business contact Manager options on my Outlook toolbar. I just don't know what to do next! Help!!!!!!! Charles

Yes I did - no error messages during either installation - also shows up in the add or remove programs list with microsoft professional edition 2003, and business contacts for pocket pc.
