In the folder view, you should have two top level folders. One is owned by Outlook and the other by BCM. All the items beneath the Outlook folder are owned by Outlook and can be shared using Exchange. All the items beneath the BCM folder are owned by BCM, and stored in its database, and can be shared by sharing the BCM database.
