Print in reverse order "Neil" <elab[ at ]NOTTHISblueyonder.co.uk> 04.08.2006 07:58:29 Hi, I have one 14 page document that I want to print in reverse order, I know I can go to 'file/print/options' and select 'print revers order' but this is a setting that affects every document, I want to know is it possible to do it just for one document and not the others? Up to now this problem has resulted in me physically doing a cut-n-paste to swap the order of pages in a document, which can't be the best way. Thanks in advance, Neil

If you have a ink jet printer, if you select File, Print and then drill down to the setting for reverse order you can change the print order to reverse (if the print driver allows it) for the job. Normally, unless you set it to reverse in the Control Panel, Printers & Faxes, and Properties for the individual printer, it will not "stick" and will revert to normal non-reversed function after Word is closed and restarted. If it sticks to the new setting after Word is stopped and restarted, simply go back to the setting for the next print job and change it back to non-reversed which should then "stick" to the new setting.
