This should be pretty simple to do but you will first need to provide a
litle info
1: How are you planning to have your users access this form, e.g. are they
going to access the form from a form library in SharePoint or will they
access the form from a shared location on your network?
2: have you clicked the "Preview" button to check over your form and make
sure it's running the way you expect?
Once I have these coverd I can provide you with the setps to publish
effectivly
