disable remove and insert function in File Attachment Control

I'm using a File Attachment Control inside Repeating Table
Now, when it meets some status, the File Attachment will still allow user to
open, but need to disable the remove and insert function
But, the rules cannot do that I want`
any idea ?

Try unchecking the "Allow users to browse, delete, and update files" checkbox
in control properties for the File Attachment control.

o, i think u misunderstanding my meaning`
actually, my form have 2 status
when status = readonly, user cannot remove and insert file, only to open it
when status = editable, user can remove, insert and open file.
How can i do this in programming to control ?
