I am trying to connect to a KB_SQL database provider, and I can connect
fine, and can get a connection to the server. I am using ADO to do all
of my connection is VBA. Once i connect to the server, I am able to
use the "Connection".openschema method just fine to retrive any
information concerning a dataset, but as soon as I try and use an open
method to open a record set, I do not get any records. For a while I
was able to get records, and then all of a sudden I am not able to get
records. I've tried reinstalling the ODBC driver, shutting down and
turning my computer back on, and more, but I am unable to get any
records into a record set object. What am I doing incorectly? Are
there some settings in ADO that are preserved? Further, this is only a
problem from Excel/VBA/ADO, it is not a problem for Crystal, .Net or
other reporting tools, they can all access the KB_SQL server just
peachy. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
