Network drive has changed
wvboy1146 20.07.2006 13:21:02
A new network drive has been created with copies of all ACCESS dbs. When
opening a db on the new drive which is linked to another db, an error message
is received that the path is no longer valid. The db on initial opening
displays MAIN:form (menu) only. Pressing the F11 button displays all the
related objects. Clicking on any object produces the path error message. How
do I change the path to the new network drive letter?

There is no item in the menu bar or icon for Tools, only File, Window and
Help are displayed.

That is because whomever developed your application has modified the menu
bar. You will need to open the application in development mode. It may be
possible to get to it by holding down the shift key while opening the
application. If that will not allow you to get Access open with only the
database window showing, then the developer has disabled that capability.
