i have created a table with the field headings (Date Reported,By
Whom,Department,Office Location,Terminal/User,Asset Number,Description of
Problem,Hardware/Software,Action Taken,Cleared By,Date Cleared,Cleared?)
Cleared? is a tick box.
i have then created a query based on this table so that i can run the query
to see which faults have been cleared.
now i have created a data access page called Fault Report Form and it is to
go the comanies favourites to reduce calls the IT department get.
the problem i have is that when somebody enters a fault into the under their
specific branch and saves it, the fault still shows on the online page and
creates a new record beneath the previous one. is there any way that i can
set it so it still saves the record in the table but cleares it in the Data
Access Page.
