The problem here is version mismatch; Office 2000 isn't aware of the (MANY) changes that were made to Outlook between 2000 and 2003. An example of this is that you cannot use Word 2000 as the e-mail editor for Outlook 2003. The best solution would be to replace Office 2000 with Office 2003. Short of that, you can probably get rid of most of the errors if you go back to using Outlook 2000.
