When I click on the email button, the To and CC field are already filled in
(it's a report that changes daily; we just change the numbers). I used to
just click on the Send a Copy button and the document would be sent. Now,
when I do that I get an 'operation failed' error. However, if I remove the
To recipient's name and then either manually enter it or click on the To
button to select from the global address list, the error does not occurr.
How can I get it to go without having to re-enter the recipient's names?
