Estimating return on investment
Johnduke39[ at ]gmail.com 27.07.2006 15:33:55
Does anyone have a decent template for estimating the ROI for a new
software project? I'm afraid I'm in a bit over my head.

Many thanks in advance,

John,

There are plenty of templates out there, but it is best to create your own
based upon the specifics your company has. I wonderful book to explore is
Excel Modeling by Craig Holden. There are a couple, but each has some
templates and shows you how to create them from an empty workbook. Also, you
may want to keep your eyes open for NPV templates as they will probably be
more assistance to you than simply looking for an ROI.

Cheers,

Dan
