Right: This is looking like a typical microsoft.
Looking down this thread just for 'text' has revealed that there is a hotifx for this. I follow the link to get an article that describes the hotfix, but doesn't tel me how to get it. I do get a link though. I follow this and just get a suppport home page. I trawl through there to find that it's going to cost me £35 to ask for it.
This is crazy. I know I have a problem. Microsoft acknowledges that this is an error in their own software, will tell me which files are need to fix this bug, but now want me to pay to ask for the fix.
Please how do I get the hotfix I need?????????
