To add a row at the end of the table, press Tab in the last cell. 2. To add a row in the middle of the table, press Right Arrow in the last cell in the row above where you want to add the row (this puts the insertion point outside the table but left of the end-of-row marker) and press Enter. -- Suzanne S. This is what it looks like: Req # 7.3.0 7.3.1 7.3.2 So, I want to be able to add a row between 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 and have the numbering adjusted accordingly. Someone else has created the table and are no longer around...and as I said, I used to know how to do this but it has totally escaped me. Any other ideas? Thanks. Terilyn "Suzanne S. Press Alt+F9 to see if the numbering is created using fields (SEQ, LISTNUM, etc.). If so, you'll have to copy/paste the field into the new row and then manually update the numbering with F9. -- Suzanne S.
