Each package has a different run of numbers, so you can buy as many packages as you need without fear of duplication. I discovered this when I was trying to create raffle tickets the way you are doing and found that it has become much more difficult to find plain white microperforated business cards: they're all "clean break" (die-cut) now, which, for business cards, is highly desirable, but it is not at all suitable when you're trying to keep two "cards" together.
