setup wireless keyboard for office

I recently purchased a wirless keyboard and mouse. After enstalling the
mouse wrokds perfectly, the keyboard doesn't. i have been through all
troubleshooting processes. Couod this be something with Office program?

I'd be very surprised.

My advice would be to ask this question in one of the groups associated with
hardware for whatever version of Windows you're using.

I'm using a cordless keyboard and mouse here via a 4 port KVM to four PC's
all running Office 2003 with no issues at all, so I don't believe it's
software.
Does the keyboard work at all? Have you contacted the manufacturer for tech
support?
