No, it cannot. Replication is not cross-version compatible. A2K+
cannot edit A97 replicated databases, for instance.
And no version of Jet is forward-compatible. ReplMan from the A97
developer tools is Jet 3.5, and A2K, A2K2 and A2K3 are Jet 4. If you
need ReplMan, you need to acquire the Jet 4 version.
