Thank you. I found another way: create a few rows under the last row, then copy the rows (in the Edit drop down menu) and Paste them under the rows you've just created. Keep pasting them in until you have all the rows that you want. Although I haven't tried it, it might also work for columns. Thank you again. Have a nice day. Ron
