You can create a protected form (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm and especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to), but it will not be anything like a "wizard." For that, you'll have to use a UserForm, and that requires macros, and that requires getting recipients to enable macros. You might want to make do with a protected form. <g>
