Print Preview blank flange 05.07.2006 10:19:02 Print preview will only show the first page, the Word document has 4000 words. When in Normal view all the text is shown. As soon as Print preview is opened instead of the vertical scroll bar being about 1/4 of an inch long it extends half way down the page.

RE: Print Preview Rae Drysdale 05.07.2006 10:30:02 Word 2003, in print preview you can show one page (third button along on the toolbar) or multiple pages (fourth button). Use the scrollbar to see more pages. The lengh of the scrollbar is proportionate to the length of the document that you can see. Go to Format Columns and click on the preset picture for One (which checks the box for "Equal column width").
