Searches for file names PA 11.07.2006 20:08:02 Sorry about previous post, submitted in error regarding Wildcard searches The question is: Word 2002 provides the capability to conduct a wildcard search by file name in the Open dialog box by entering, for example, *vac*. If the Enter key is pressed, the file list will be limited to only files with vac in the file name. Is the a way to specify more than one search criteria to accomplish finding files with vac or cross in the file name. Thanks. Paul

However, you can do this in the Windows Explorer ("My Computer") search pane.
