How do I repair menus? pwclapp[ at ]aol.com 11.07.2006 22:40:03 The "insert" menu in my menu bar has lost some items. It no longer shows "insert page numbers" or "insert column break," for example. I'm using Word 2004 for Mac. I'd appreciate advice from anyone who can advise me (i) how this has happened, and (ii) how I can restore these lost menu choices. Thanks in advance - Mr. P
