Thank you suzanne, you are 100% correct, this was the message I received form microsoft "Problem description
An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in Hewlett-Packard Printer Driver. This software was created by Hewlett-Packard Company.
Recommendation
Microsoft has researched this problem with Hewlett-Packard Company, and they do not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported. Below is a recommendation to take that may help prevent the problem from recurring.
I contacted HP and they told me the same thing you did, plus I was trying to use a non networked compatible printer as a network printer so it had the wrong drivers. HP advised to install a network compatible driver to make the printer a full network printer, I disconnected printer share, reinstalled drivers and all is great now. Thank you for the quick response Suzanne. I really appreicate your help
