When using a program that accesses Outlook BMC for the customer/client, it
automatically defaults to the "Contacts" folder and does not appear to give
me an option to change to "Business Contact". Most of my prospects are in the
"Business Contacts" folder. Is there a way to make BMC default to the
"Business Contacts" rather than defaulting to the "Contacts"?
