business contact manager unable to initialize form Tom 15.07.2006 13:09:01 I checked the disabled items and BCM does not appear there, and even after shutting down and rebooting (warm/cold), I'm still getting the form initialization problem. I even ran the "Detect and Repair" utility. I have BCM 2.0 installed and it's been working flawlessly for the longest time, vs. all the problems I had with 1.0, and then yesterday something hosed it. Help!
