First of all you can uninstall BCM without affecting Outlook. I had some similar problems when I first installed BCM, but it has been a while so I am not positive it is the exact same thing. You might want to Search at www.microsoft.com for kb913695. Goto it then download the office2003-KB913695-GLB.exe package now. (http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/4/8/74807748-46ea-4398-b638-7a2927aedd84/office2003-kb913695-glb.exe) save to desktop put in a folder then right click and apply outlookop.msp
